In spite of my hectic life, I want to try to use this space to blog about fermentation and some of the experiments I’m running/the engagements I’m partaking in.  I don’t want to delete the two previous posts I’ve made on this site, but I’m also taking this page in a new direction.  so… without further ado: suddenlysauer is the new home of all my fermented and fermenting dreams!
